The Circle K club’s Kiwanis or faculty adviser should update the club officers at the Membership Update Center. If the advisers are not available, the current club secretary and/or treasurer also have access. Then, the new club secretary or treasurer can follow the easy, three-step process to update membership information and register your club.
*Please note that only the Kiwanis Adviser, Faculty Adviser, Club Secretary, and Club Treasurer have access to MUC and can change/update member and officer information. The Club President and Vice-President do not have access.
Update faculty advisor: Only the Faculty Advisor(s) on record at Kiwanis International for your Circle K club may access the Membership Update Center. If the Faculty Advisor name or email needs to be updated, please contact Member Services at [email protected] or 1-800-KIWANIS x411 before accessing the Membership Update Center.
Update Kiwanis advisor: Only the Kiwanis advisor on record at Kiwanis International for your Circle K club may access the Membership Update Center. The Kiwanis club secretary can update information about your Kiwanis advisor on the Secretary Dashboard in the Kiwanis online club management system.
- Round up information from each new member, including email addresses and expected year of graduation.
- Log in and update membership records (graduate members and add new members) at www.circlek.org/muc.
- Submit payment or print invoice and pay by check.
